DELIVERY

Crystal Bay, Inc. offers two delivery options:

1. Federal Express: Crystal Bay Inc. ships nationwide using FED EX. We place the product in a Styrofoam cooler which is enclosed in a cardboard box. Just the right amount of Dry Ice is added to the shipment to ensure the frozen state until it is delivered. DO NOT leave your order out over night after delivery. When your receive your delivery, open it immediately and place in your freezer.  THe items are packed with enough dry ice to ensure frozen delivery and does not accomodate extra days.  If you are going out of town, or may otherwise be unavailable, please let us know a delivery day that someone will be available.

   Shipping Rates:

   Fed Ex ground $14.95
   Fed Ex 2 day Air $29.95
   Fed Ex Next Day Air $44.95

   Shipping fees are per shipping address. No matter how much is sent to each address.
   ( If over five different addresses from one customer, then please call for multiple gift rates. )

   We ship Monday through Thursday except holidays. We do not deliver on Friday due to the product would sit in a warehouse over the weekend and may not make it to it's destination frozen.

   Note: If there is still Dry Ice in the package when the delivery is received, it is important that the Dry Ice is not touched and simply left in the cooler to dissipate into the air. Dry Ice does not leave a puddle of water like Wet Ice so after a while the cooler will be empty.  Place the cooler and dry ice in a well ventilated area until it dissipates.  KEEP AWAY FROM CHILDREN.

2. Home Delivery: Crystal Bay offers free home delivery. We have many delivery vehicles that can deliver right to you in person, if you live in the Pittsburgh, PA area! We are headquartered in Sewickley, Pennsylvania a suburb of Pittsburgh.  Please contact us and we will be happy to come and show you our products live in person.
