Butterflied Lobster Tails

Crystal Bay, Inc. only offers cold water lobster tails as they are tastier than warm water lobster tails. These succulent lobster tail shells are split and the lobster meat is removed then placed back on top of the shell then flash frozen. Since the spines on the shell would poke through the cryovac seal, the tails are dipped in a water glaze.  The glaze also ensures that the lobster tails will stay fresh in your freezer.

Since the shell is already split, you may enjoy the taste of great lobster at home without the fear of preparation!
